Surely you are the employer here, and thus not the one who should be responding to ultimatums.

If I ever had the income to afford a cleaner, and they issued such an ultimatum, my immediate response would be to fire them, with pointed explanation. But I'm a known monster raving loony.

If the old one did a good basic clean, around your piles of clutter and was always nice to you and never judged you, how was she shit and how was she ripping you off?

You're in charge here, and these guys clearly have a rather specific style that is not universally appropriate...

The list they have given you is crap, it is your house so they should be doing the cleaning you hired them to do (not what they want to do) and not making judgements on you or your house.

I say roll the dice again and go for 3rd time lucky on cleaners.
