Orange and honey chicken

I'd been threatening to try this out for weeks and tonight I finally got around to it. It turned out really good, so here's the recipe

sounds yummy! i may try this soon, although i'll probably try cutting down on the honey. man, have you seen how expensive that stuff is getting lately?

maybe i'll use cornstarch instead of flour, too. that way the sauce will be kind of translucent. i bet if i set aside pieces of the chicken, they would make good bento food later.
