sounds yummy! i may try this soon, although i'll probably try cutting down on the honey. man, have you seen how expensive that stuff is getting lately?
maybe i'll use cornstarch instead of flour, too. that way the sauce will be kind of translucent. i bet if i set aside pieces of the chicken, they would make good bento food later.

And we found out that it reheats well when Angie had some for lunch today. :)
