Come on...predictable or not, are you telling me you didn't bust out laughing when Chuck started kicking ass? And really, "I know Kung Fu". That was funny. I kind of hoped Chuck would have turned into Orion...wearing the little computer, instead of redownloading the intersect. Oh well. I still hope and pray it comes back.
Nope, didn't bust out laughing. Actually, I sat there thinking this is where Neo Chuck becomes The One and starts kicking ass with downloaded karate moves. Casey looking at color samples and using the word "bunting" I did find hilarious. :)
I found Casey's "Chuck Me" to be funny, but that's it.
The ep was badly paced with no flow between disparate scenes.
It was dumb killing off Chevy Chase (who looks too much like Dick Cheney that I hate life), although obviously they can skirt around that if they're renewed.
But the previous ep showed them playing for broke while this one just played it safe.
Neo-Chuck doesn't interest me at all. It would have been nice to watch him progress as a spy: I liked the Steve Carell Get Smart because while he was the geek, he was still way more proficient at shooting people than anyone off the street (while the real spies superpowers were what was comical, not his attempts). That would have been a nice level to work to and maintain.
