today was better. i got my score sheet this morning. BLAH. she circled three scales that i definitely played as incomplete. and if they were all at the end, then i would have known it was because i ran out of time. but they were random scales in the middle of the order. bull. crap. she wrote down 24 for my solo, then erased it and wrote down 18.

Question: Where did you play in the order of auditions? Were you closer to the beginning of auditions, middle, or end? Just curious because that can greatly affect the outcome, which I really hate.

See, it's best to go in the middle. If you are first, the judge doesn't want to give away all the high scores before hearing who's out there. If you are last, there's a good possibility that someone before you was much better.

Know what I mean? This always screwed us up at competitions last year, but eh...we lived...barely...band nerds...
