With Sarah Connor Chronicles canceled and Dollhouse renewed, Joss Whedon is rumored to be writing Summer Glau into the show. Given her history of playing mentally-glitched killing machines and his well-documented fetish for showing her barefoot, it seems like a no brainer that he would cast her as one of the dolls, but apparently he's determined

I love this photo, but I wonder why the headboard would be facing the wall instead of against it.

He just generally seems a bit smitten with her and who can blame him. I'm not watching any of the above until they conclude or get canned, then I'll watch the endless repeats with no illusions of continued viewing pleasure to be popped.

That's becoming a more and more sensible way to do things. I know Deadwood and John From Cincinnati both benefitted from me watching them in complete bursts.
