Yes, it is exciting, isn't it? And it sort of pulls the way that most everyone gets both of them wrong into sharper focus.
Anne, of course, gets bitter, which Tourvel never does, but Anne has the politics interwoven with everything, whereas Tourvel just has Merteuil who, while she may seem as baffling as War of the Roses politics, does not, it must be acknowledged, have quite the same effect.
I saw you were interested in musicals, Dracula the Musioal, etc. and thereby thought you may be interested in Drew Sarich and thus might be interested in my new community:
