Heck, the movie just scratched the surface of how brutal Spartan life was -- it really was "live or die," and a lot bloodier.
Um ... I'd love the man if he spoken with a slurred Mexican lisp, but I honestly don't like it when he does the Bir speak. His natural accent is lovely and needs no covering up, nope nope.
Been a fan since Drac too!! And I OWN Jewel of the Sahara (actually I own everything he's been in and sat through 2 hours of Angelina in the THEATER in TR2 for him..god invented UPSIDE DOWN PUSH UPS JUST FOR HIM another thing..and what I love is that he says, "I'll do anything in movies, I fooked a camel." YOU HAVE TO LOVE HIM.

He's always been on the lanky side ... he only ever seems to beef up for the action roles. I like him skinny, all 6-feet+ of him. Sigh. And I keep forgetting that you're a Gerry fan ... if people know him at all, it's only from Phantom or Tomb Raider. If only folks appreciated how versatile he really is.
