Yes. I'm okay. Probably going to have trouble sleeping tonight - that shaker was violent enough to send my heart racing and prompted me to call my mom before it became "breaking news." Staving off my mom's panic is usually the first step in any emergency

We felt it up here. I had just answered a Skype call, and the first thing the person on the other end said was "Earthquake!" instead of "Hello!"

Haha. Yeah, it seems like it was a rolling quake up there. It was definitely a jolt down here. Then again, most of my friends down here say they felt the whole thing and had time to evacute their places and the ground was still moving. I didn't feel/register it until it got stronger.

I could swear I've felt 10 different earthquakes since I've been here, and I've been here less than a month. After that last one I'm pretty sure I'm ready to move again ;_; .
