I can't think of a single time in my experience that yelling at someone has done anything other than make the person yelling feel better. Sorry you have to deal with that.

I detest when people try to tell anyone that their problems are just in their head. Well, duh! Yeah, the problem is in my head, that doesn't make it not a problem.
