This is fantastic! I( used to try and cram myself in with a bunch of people because I always thought I'd just have to get over it eventually. I always felt so anxious and miserable. Thank you so much for posting!
Thank you, this is a very helpful post. Some of the steps are things I have done myself, but doing it in this graduated, step-by-step way is much better. I think I'll try it out.
