There was a recent article from my local paper on a book called, Artism: the Art of Autism. The main reason for it being written was because it featured some local artists and the author was from a nearby county.

Cool! I hadn't seen that story. (I'm in Ventura County, too, but I don't bother getting the Star, and seldom read it online unless I'm looking for something specific.)
