Finally, I think you've gone way beyond "to give unselfishly of my time and energy." Everyone needs a breather. I know your office is tough, but that's why you have project chairs. I worry a lot about you overextending yourself... just remember to delegate as much as possible and take a complete break once in a while. Even if it's just 10 minutes to shut your eyes, stop working, stop talking, stop thinking, and just breathe... it's better than constant worry. If I can help, let me know. *huggles*
