Who says engineering classes are boring? I spent my last class today watching the orignal Cheaper by the Dozen. It's about Frank Gilbreth, one of the creators of Industrial Engineering don't you know? He's all about efficiency, it's awesome. About halfway through I realized I had seen the ending before, and I got all sad and hoped I was thinking of ( Read more... )

Man, you people and your bruises. =P All me and Laura have to show for it is a little dot.

I felt all weird and light headed after giving blood on Wednesday, but try my hardest I couldn't get myself to pass out (even ran to MEEG from the union with my huge bag like 5-10 mins after giving.)

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure my passing out is psychological not physical - which is way not as cool. Pshaw.

And yeah, I can bruise something fine on occasion. Sometimes I look at my legs and wonder if I've become a very clumsy sleep-walker.

Ya... I've always wanted to make myself pass out (out of curiosity more than anything) but never had any success.

I did however, receive a nice concussion to my head back in like 5th grade. Course, don't remember the actual accident, and only bits and pieces of the weeks afterwards. Concussions are no fun, as all you can have is water for like 2 weeks. (I don't even think I could keep cough syrup or Tylenol down)

I'm pretty sure my effects (the nausea and dizziness and whatnot) are actually physical. That's why it doesn't bother me to look at the stuff. I can't watch the needle go in, but I can't stand to have them fiddle with it while I'm not looking.

And yeah, I've never been a huge bruiser. But you do occasionally sleepwalk into walk and beat yourself with sticks, and then I have to put you back to bed.

I loved Cheaper by the Dozen! And yes, the ending is quite sad.

I'm glad you were able to give though!

Boys are stupid and just as emotional as girls. Blah!
