Sometimes people seem to think that the more forms they have the better at their job they are!

I was assessed by the OT a few years ago, stairlift recommended, but because we own our house and one of us works then we have to buy it ourselves. Do not have thousands to spare and planned to put house on the market a couple of years later.
After 9 months of frantic tidying for viewings, we accepted a low offer and planned to rent for a while if we didn’t find anywhere. Got all excited by a bungalow then the sellers decided to go back to a previous buyer and in the same week our buyers pulled out. We reduced the price and since then not a single viewing. So frustrated and I feel for your situation, as at least I can stay upstairs most of the time.
