So, we are revisiting the Winter Festivals Project we did two years ago, only with a little more analytical depth and more writing for BK, but with still all the yummy treats and art and crafts. Last time we started with Advent and St Nicholas but this time we started with Halloween. so, in researching some resources for BK to read in prep for her

Not American, as you know. But have you tried google? There seems to be a vast amount of pages dedicated to the Vegan Thanksgiving issue. :)

I seem to be googling everything and the purpose of these projects is to get BK to feel okay about research! Ah well, slowly does it...

I was hoping that maybe someone American might be veggie or vegan or have a friend or family memeber, because first hand experience is so much nicer to talk about with my daughter than recipe websites and so on :)
