-Not enough contrast in the icon- hard to make out the image.
-Although this icon has an interesting crop, the colour you gave the icon drains nearly all contrast from it, leaving us with a 'flat' icon in a grey-ish colour that is not all that flattering to the picture. It's difficult to see where the dark part ends and Catelyn's face begins. By choosing the texture that you did (I'm assuming it's a texture or a gradient), you create darkness on most of the icon, with a few lighter areas outside of that darkness, making it difficult for the viewer to decide what to focus on.
-Cropping is very good, but the icon is too dark and needs more light and contrast.
-The icon is too dark, and the texture used over Catelyn's face overpowers the subject.
