Ficlet: Albus/Severus - implied AS/S/Harry

I wanted to stop by and wish everyone a Merry Christmas... so Merry Christmas, everyone!

Then I saw sceasleycest was offering daily pairings/prompts and was intrigued by Albus Severus/Scorpius/Harry, so I wrote a little something for it. Errrr... I hope it makes sense. In my mind it does, but then again, my mind can be a rather odd place.

I haven't read much next gen fics but yours are always gorgeous. *This* is gorgeous. It's so filled with angst and desire and love. It's twisted and very, very human. And very sexy too; I love the idea of the two boys loving each other like that and Harry watching them, needing them. Wonderful!

Oh YAY!!!! Fic from you! NEW fic! That's terrific!

Oh, god, YES! Broken!Harry and naughty boys. I love that Harry felt he had to redeem himself through traditional male roles of straight husband and father. Good and evil - no! Good and good. Love that.

Now I'm imagining Harry getting up the nerve, or deluding himself long enough, to approach Draco and extend a hand. Just imagine the scathing rejection.... Now imagine that Draco reconsiders and makes Harry's dreams come true. Yummm....

I've been spending so much time revising fic recently instead of writing anything that it's driving me pretty batty. It seemed so nice to write for a change.

The Batman fandom is SLOW- but I don't care. I am trying to keep up with the advent drabble prompts and post something for every prompt-not easy with Batman/Joker.
I am not writing in any other fandoms-I took on a RL project of historic proportions in 2010, so stick with my favorite. I have been READING cooper/albert(twin peaks) and some Sherlock Holmes and I suspect once I see Inception I will want to ship that, but who knows? I am not yet tired of Batman/Joker yet!

Good for you keeping up with the prompts - I don't think I'd have it in me!

I've been reading a little fanfic - bouncing between fandoms (HP, Glee, etc) - but not much. It's kind of soothing this time of year.

This voiced one of my favourite daydreams about Harry, regreting never having caught Draco and seeing Albus/Scorpius as himself and Draco.

This is terrific. bk7brokemybrain is a very lucky girl to get this. You've created such a vivid scene here, and gracious me, but I'm going to be imagining it. I love stories where Harry's human, where he doesn't have this rose tinted life and knows it. I love his inner monologue. Very well done.
