How old are these kids? If they are over two, they already SHOULD be potty trained and have a good idea what boundaries are.

Also...are their heart problems documented?

yeah, their heart problems are documented. i just dont remember what it's called. they were on meds, but the mom took them off of them because of the side effects that happened. and because the kids are off the meds, they can seriously just died at any time. but that was the moms choice to take them off of it.

chantel (the one being potty trained) is already 4. i was thinking the same. she's so old for being potty trained, but whatever. i hope she pisses all over the new carpeting in the arpartment they're moving into... and that it leaves stains. =_=

Four??? That girl should have been potty trained YEARS ago. I can't believe mom didn't take initiative sooner. Okay, so they DO have heart problems, but damn, it shouldn't be too much work to piss in a pot.

do they own part of the house? if they don't you could sue for money to clean the carpet. it's their kids, they need to be responsible parents.

nope, the house is 100% edwin's and mine. we pay all the bills and mortgage, all they pay is $400 a month rent for the room they sleep in.

She shouldn't be pottytraining if the kids aren't ready. Kids have NO control over their stuffs before they're ready to potty train, so I'm not surprised the little girl just started peeing. That lady needs to get help and information before she makes more mistakes that leads to pee all over the floor. :/

when i saw her peeing, the first thing i said was, "oh, god!" brook looked at me and asked what was wrong, and i said chantel was peeing. when she looked over at her daughter, all she said was, "no! when you need to pee, ou pee on the toilet! you go to the toilet, now!" and she still had to take her to it.

Jesus. She acts like the kid understands adult responsibility. :/ That's sad.

fucking up your house is a good enough reason to be a bitch. i'd tell her how you really feel if i were you. don't worry if she starts crying again, pregnant people do that a lot.

oh yeah, is she just renting a room from you guys? ever hear of a security deposit?

isn't it? edwin and steph still think i'm being unfair. i spoke with edwin after he got home from work, and he said, as usual, that "it's okay". he also said that if i dont like the house being such a mess because of them, then i should clean. and i'm thinking of doing that while their around, and saying the whole time that i think the house is disgusting.

and yeah, they're just renting a room. i'm also sure that if i talked to edwin about having them make a security deposit, he'd just say there's no need to.

oh yeah, last night i also talked to him about having them pay for the carpeting, but he said there's no need to do that, and that we should just pay for what they did... that, and he'd talk to them about it.

you and edwin really need to discuss money issues like these. it's not only his house because you're paying for it as well. so any decision that concerns the house is not edwin's decision, it's both of yours. you really need to make your point across.

Ugh that's awful.
I -really- am gettijng sick and tired of these parents that don't take responsibility for their kids. I'd never let a child of mine just pee wherever without try to at least correct it (AND CLEANING IT UP so that it DOESN'T stain)

Why does no one want to take any sort of personal responsibility anymore?
