sigh. we were nearly persuaded to take one back with us. but the fear of the reactions of our cats dissuaded me...

puppies! so so cute!

the sky is even bigger in person! the land there is almost absolutely flat...in every direction all you see is grassland, farmland, oil fields, completely flat all the way to the horizon.

i have a ton more photos of the puppies, but they were constantly tussling and climbing up my legs while i tried to take pictures, so lots of them are blurry and silly :)

puppies are so difficult to photograph. and then you get sucked into keeping the blurry pictures because they're so cute anyway. :)
