I can see why you'd not feel enthused about hanging out in the world you found yourself writing. I'd realized that there wouldn't be resolution of your ambitious beginning from 2009.

I don't mind; we have wolves now! Even one of your wolves is worth leaving old plot bunnies behind. I'd rather hang out with the wolves and their brothers, too. *hug*

About the story itself... You write so well, creating a complete sense of place for the reader who rides alongside Wufei. Rust on the outer level because of leaking oxygen, yeah that would worry me!

The place is appalling, and it's not hard to envision our boys looking far too dangerous to approach. I'm not sure I ever want to know about Duo's eye, and your AU has put him in an unlikeable role in a nasty place. As an author you have to go there and immerse yourself in order to write it for us; I can see why you left this behind.

Having been away from LJ in recent years, I'm just catching up on where you've been, and I'm very happy with what you're writing now. I love your new, wonderful, warm AU with pilots who are still friends in a world that's liveable. Who wouldn't want a wolf at your side? XD Let's hang out there instead.
