There is a recipe for brown sugar pound cake that I want to make, but I want to half it. The problem is that it calls for 5 eggs. How do I half that? Use 2 or 3 eggs? Something else?
UPDATE: I made this cake and it is DELICIOUS. I highly recommend it. And that Brown Sugar glaze?? It tasted like caramel frosting. YUM. I used 3 eggs.
