I am not, but my now-deceased brother-in-law's stepson is. While my brother in law was alive, the stepson never hardly came around, but he was at the funeral and then apparently moved into the house of my BIL's widow (his mom.)

I looked him up on the sex offender registry and saw they did not know his whereabouts, so I submitted a tip that I had reason to believe he was living at such-and-such address.

He's in jail now.

When you look him up under the sex offender registry, it says "Unlawful sexual contact with a minor, sexual motivation" and he's a tier 2 offender.

Adding: and yeah his mother is pissed off that he got reported. She doesn't exactly know it was me that did it, but she suspects it was one of us (meaning her deceased husband's family.) So she's pissed. Well, I'm sorry. She's still living in the house she shared with my BIL and it's not only right down the road from us, it's adjacent to fields that my FIL owns and that we farm and my kids, including my 13 and 16 year old daughters, do stuff on during the course of farming. I figured if PedoStepson was living there, then the law had the right to know. It's not my fault they ended up hauling him in on a parole violation.
