Perfectly fine, as far as I know. (Meaning it could taste like crap in comparison to other places, but I'm just so used to it I don't know.)

Supposedly OK, but I live in NYC ... they'd never tell us if it went bad, unless people started dying in the streets ... it would cause a panic.
