So I'm deciding on pics for facebook/dating sites as well as for a program and possible professional website...

Which one?

I would go with the 4th one, but crop it so it's closer to head and shoulders, not full body. (This is because I think professional photos that are full body look weird).

You want one for all of them? I'd pick the fourth one.

Otherwise, I'd go with the third for dating / facebook, and the fourth for professional / facebook.

Although, the second could work for all of the above as well.

i like the second for dating and the fourth for professional (though i agree that cropping it would work better because professional photos tend to be from the chest up)

For a professional picture, I'd do a Barney and don a suit. (Women make suits look sexy!) For the rest, I like the 3rd one, nice smile :)
