Food sensitivity

I want to take a food sensitivity test, very curious about it.
I googled it and there's so many options, and I suspect most of that would be overpriced scam, bc food allergies and sensitivities are kind of big thing now.
Have you ever done such test? what is the best way to choose where to get it done? I don't have a primary physician to ask

i don't know what tag would fit

I've been tested for food allergies through blood and skin tests. This happened at an allergist's office.

I haven't got any recommendations, but I was just remembering this one time when my friend got one done and they found out she was allergic to water.

I had a blood test for both allergies and intolerances at a naturopath's office. Allergists can test for intolerances in addition to allergies when requesting blood tests, they just often don't. Just ask!
