 as a child but there was one year where a girl just had it in for me because I was "unpopular" in elementary school. she used to tell me which bathroom stalls to use, threaten me, pick on me during class, throw things at me you name it. My parents also tried everything under the sun to get the school to take action and yeah that didn't work

From what I am able to glean from the story, the teacher didn't know what the hell she was talking about. I hate when adults don't put in the effort to actually listen to or try to understand the children that they are supposed to teach or provide care for.

Yeah, I've definitely been there. I often got in trouble for reacting to the teasing I got, but I don't remember any of the people teasing me ever getting in trouble. Sometimes, I wish I could stand being around kids because I would really like to be a better teacher than a lot of the ones I had.
