It's hard to answer without knowing more but it's possible you are getting too much sleep (ten hours is a lot for an adult!) or that you may be sleeping but not resting well.
Do you have a consistent sleep schedule/routine? Do you typically get 6-8 hours of sleep? Are you taking naps? Have you been tested for anemia or thyroid problems? Are you getting enough Vitamin D? Have you been watching TV/playing on the computer before you go to sleep? Is the temperature in your room comfortable enough that you stay asleep? Most people prefer it to be cooler at night.
