I do this stupid thing where I hold myself up on my hands in the corner of the countertops until the microwave goes off. Usually I'm heating up junk in there, so a little bit of "exercise" makes me feel a bit better about it.
I do this sometimes. I count things, like certain kinds of cars. Did it tonight at the gym with the music on my phone - I was flipping through the shuffle list and would tell myself I would stay on the treadmill as long as I hit a "good" song within two songs... Kept me on there for an hour tonight.
when i'm eatng something like M&Ms or Skittles, i pour a few into my palm, pick one without looking, and try to guess the color. if i get it right i eat it, if not i try again. if i'm not seriously craving whatever candy it is it can take me quite awhile to eat the bag.
