Wait honest question, because originally I posted this senselessly and hungry and without a brain, but even so it really seemed like a light joke w/o judgement to me, and still does -- do I really seem to be giving shit to furries in this post? Becos while it's not my thing and while I don't totally get it, I really don't have a beef with them whether they're a subcultture or identity or orientation or anything. So I'm bugged and bummed if it came off that way.

I think I agree with your main point here but I'm not sure if I get how binaries fit in?

Also, I think that anyone in a non-normative/frequently-judged group should be able to figure out the whole not-judging-others thing but it seems surprisingly hard for a lot of people.
