You've come in for a break after doing yard work or other physical activity in 100 degree (37.78 celsius) heat. What is going to quench your thirst the best?

Water, sans ice. Really cold water makes my thirst worse.

this except the really cold water could cause stomach cramps. I'd run the cold water across my wrists to cool my body as quickly as possible but only drink cool water.

I always drink a small glass of juice (usually orange juice) and then a big glass of cold water. If I am really thirsty like that and I skip the little bit of juice, I don't stop being thirsty even after I've had so much water my stomach hurts. I don't know why... something to do with electrolytes or something, maybe?

Hmm...I'll normally go for water but I drink Gatorade when I'm dehydrated and sick.
