Blazing Saddles. I used to watch it with my grandmother but now, I can't watch it. The first 5 minutes irk me.

Peter Pan and the Little House on the Prairie books. I still love them, though- I just recognize the racist & sexist elements, which I only sort of got as a kid.

Bonaza. They had an episode about the Roma people with a woman in smeared dark make-up (Brown-face) that is cringe-worthy.

Yeah. Those too. I had not forgotten, I'd like to. But nearly every Western on television had those--it was horrific. I think Jay Silverheels was the only true Indigenous American on television. Then there was that tearful gentleman in the litter commercials.

Some of the ancient Tom and Jerry toons. I am surprised they still air them.

my 6 and 7 year old nephews LOVE Tom and Jerry. Like you, I can't beleive they still air some of them.

Like.. half the shows I watched in Nick as a kid. Not personally offensive, I just know now why my mom didn't want me to watch Rocko's Modern Life.
