i 'only' have my lip pierced and i've gotten very mixed reactions!

I'd probably only notice if the jewelry was really large/dangly and hope that the baby in question didn't tug. (I didn't wear earrings for a while largely because I was babysitting small children.)

I don't think anything different about them, and it seems absurd that anyone would. They're fine, it's irrelevant

I don't think anything differently about a parent with piercings and/or tattoos than I do about a parent without them.
