I was unaware that the hospital was maintaining medical records as well. If I am to be of assistance, then perhaps I should be the first to offer up my own information in this post. As an example, perhaps.

1. What is your name? Xemnas [ZEM•NAS]
2. What species are you? Nobody
3. Name of place of origin? irrelevant
4. What is your gender? Male
5. What is your age? Actual age unknown, physical age seems to be early thirties
6. Any allergies or special needs? None
7. Medical history? Nothing of note
8. Have you gotten sick since your arrival here? No
9. Blood Type? No blood
10. Have you been here before? No
A. If so, how long was your stay?
B. How long were you absent before coming back?
11. How many times have you died here? None
12. Do you currently have your chip? Yes
13. If not, then how long ago was it removed and by who?
14. What abilities do you possess? Several abilities I wish to currently keep private, but my weapons are summoned and used through my powers.

Your records are completely confidential, so they can't really serve as an example-- but we appreciate you filling it out anyway.

As for your home world and your abilities, it is important that we know, especially if you plan on getting your chip removed.

Nobodies have no home world, Doctor. I am used to traveling worlds and realities. What I am not accustomed to are the limitations this one has in place.

My abilities beyond what I have listed are ahared amongst all Nobodies. Teleportation through the Corridors of Darkness, rapid recovery, high resistance to all but a few specific kinds of weaponry, command over lesser Nobodies...

I do believe that's everything of relevance.

[ooc: So, Danny decided to be a paranoid dork and is lying on the medical forms. If he ever does end up in the hospital a doctor might be able to notice that his temperature is below normal and any blood tests will probably bring really weird results. He is not genetically normal. He probably also has a ton of signs of old injuries. ]

Your chip was implanted in you upon arrival. It suppresses your abilities unless you decide to have it removed, which is why it's important that we know what you can do. Can I have something a little more detailed than "watch a werewolf movie"?

I turn big and furry when the mood takes me. I'm pretty strong and quick, though.

Thank you. I have two clarification questions:

1) who or what is Alucard, and 2) what exactly does "binding monsters" entail?

hellsingpapa March 1 2010, 20:25:47 UTC
Alucard. You know, the psychotic vampire in red running around.

I know some spells that allow me to control monsters and enslave them to my blood.

I haven't met him. How do you control him?

... Enslave them to your blood. How does that work?
