I should already be on my way to work... but I am sitting here, pondering whether or not Cam or Jeff would put a collar on Justin and take him for walks if he changes while they're on road trips. (Cam suggested that for Eric when they were rookies in the A, when he clearly needed to be moving and doing something, but they were stuck in a shitty hotel between morning skate and pre-game nap time.)

I vote yes (Justin doesn't have a Zack to watch out for him, no boy wranglers in hockey!, so someone would have to, and Cam would be a logical choice but I bet Jeff offers b/c he's a good friend like that), but also that there is a time when Jeff gets asked about the collar in his bag and says it's for Justin and everyone gets the wrong impression.

It makes it worse that Jeff's dating this girl - a NCSU student - who raises Justin's hackles, so he's sort clingy? Partly it's because this girl is NOT a wolf, but she smells like she spends a lot of time with one, not part of what's becoming Justin's pack, and he just... doesn't like it. Fucking Wolfpack, drawing wolfpacks in. It confuses EVERYTHING. Human hormones were bad enough when he hit puberty. This whole alpha thing is probably going to fuck Justin up. It's a good thing Cam's there to help.
