re: the tattoo thing. a drunk dude at my friend's family reunion told me that he heard that women with tattoos are sluts. i said that's funny cuz i heard all middle aged loud mouthed assholes are compensating for a small dick. then i walked away.

I should have asked him how he came by his extensive knowledge of prison tattoos, but I was surprised by his tone, because most people who ask about my ink - which is not actually that extensive, not even a half-sleeve, it's just that it's text, and that attracts attention - are genuinely curious. Sometimes censorious, but usually that kind of notice doesn't end in discussion, just a disapproving frown and avoidance.

That guy is kind of a dick. I thought it was just me, but in talking to other people, it seems that he runs really hot and cold.
