Listening to today's broadcast of Democracy Now made me want fic in which Jeremy Scahill has some reason to interview Nate Fick, CEO of CNAS. Brad has absolutely no reason to be apprehensive about this when he gets a Google alert about it, right? Because a) they were never with Blackwater, they're MARINES and b) Scahill's just a liberal media

I have a dozen different bullet-pointed stories in my head. It's the actual writing out and filling in of details where I fail every time. ;)

I'm unusually happy that today is Friday. It's been a very long week here.
