[Alma is humming to himself, walking back toward the room he shares with Kanda carrying a big duffel bag. Camping trip is go~ and he's gone out to get supplies. He's on his way back now, and there's just a few more things he needs to do before he goes... such as talk to Lavi, and maybe then Tyki.]

[Lavi is currently curled up in his bed, back in the corner with his head leaning against one of the walls. He's sleepy but for some reason can't just yet get to sleep, either that or he doesn't want to. Something is bothering Tyki and therefore him, it's sort of annoying, having the bond this open that it such things keep him up.]

[Lavi just starts stroking Alma's hair, smiling a little.] I care about you too, Alma. But I deserve what I'm getting for pushing him away for so long. It's just my due. And you make it better by being happy with Kanda, that's all I want from you.

But you deserve to be happy too, Lavi...! I want you to be happy. It's not your due, it's not what you deserve- Tyki owes you better than he's giving you! [holding on a little tighter now.] Why is it that you're the only one who doesn't get to be happy?

My dad isn't happy, Alma. It just...runs in the family, I guess. But it's fine, I promise you. So long as we don't refuse the bond we'll both be sane and that's the most important thing. I'm happy seeing you and Kanda happy. And Tyki happy too, even if that isn't with me.

Is that... is that really fine? I don't believe you... I don't know how it's even possible.

Yeah, for me it is.

Lavi... [yeah, he doesn't believe you.]

[arebornstar]

Don't worry about me. I'm fine. I'll let you guys know if I'm not.

[twinsecond]

... mm. [He sighs a little and draws back, then sits up with a small smile.] Well- Yuu and I are going away for a little while, so... I just wanted to tell you.

[arebornstar]

Alright, I'll go see if I can stay with Cross for a few days then.

[twinsecond]

[Now he feels guilty and bites his lip.]

I... n-next time, maybe you can come with us...

[arebornstar]

I don't like camping all that much, you guys can have that. Something just the two of you do. [Pauses] How did he like the ring?

[twinsecond]

I don't know if he does, either, really. [he smiles, though.] He liked it a lot... I'm pretty sure.

Yu likes it more than I do. Good, I'm glad he liked it.

... then, I'll go. He's waiting for me...
