四十七 [Video] Locked from Marco

Jul 26, 2011 16:26

...If anyone could spare the time, I need some quick advice. Ah, you see... I need to surprise Marco. ...But he is quite difficult to shock in any way.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

What have you tried? Perhaps together we can figure out something neither one of us has done.

It'll save us both some time, at least.

...Swinging my katana at him in the middle of a sentence... Ah, and some rather blunt phrases, but nothing too extreme.

Hmm.

I've forced him to wear a french maid outfit complete with kitty ears and frilly accessories, Grass skirt with a seashell bikini top, a witch dress and hat, rabbit costume, dog outfit, and a chicken suit, the queen of hell's formal dress, her adventuring outfit with tights and tall heels... I almost had him wear his birthday suit but he already admitted that wouldn't do anything.

[Soraoto ponders]

What could surprise such a man. This is the ultimate riddle.

Shock in what way? [If anyone knows anything about being shocking, it's France.]

[BIG BROTHER FRANCE Japan awaits your wise advice

...Any way that could change his expression.

So... You are attempting to have him react to something. Anything. I have the perfect solution to this.

Ah, yes! That's right... Does France-san have an idea, then?

Why do you need to surprise him? [OFFERS NO ADVICE he is so helpful...]

Ah... It is a bit complicated to explain that sort of thing... [It's not.]

...It doesn't seem characteristic of you to go to extreme lengths to surprise someone. [He read those suggestions by the way...]

It is a special situation! [defensive.. and LMFAO OH GOD NO...]

I mean well, so surely this is all that matters.

If it is shock, then I believe the most effective method should be to behave in a manner that is completley contradictory to one's personality and otherwise be very out of character. ...Ah, but that has the possibility of backfiring a bit.

So it is that, in fact... I believe this is something that requires the most effective method, so I may in fact do that.

...Ah, but what sort of backfiring is possible, do you think?

It is possible... that, depending on the specific action and Kiku-san's way of going about with this method, it will result in a grave misunderstanding that will be difficult to resolve if Marco-san should assume things. Then he will proceed based on that misunderstanding, which Kiku-san will not be aware of and thus be unable to clear up, leading to another misunderstanding on his part, and he will base his own further actions on that misunderstanding, leading to an endless cycle of misunderstandings and assumptions....

Is that so... [He pauses. Also note how his name for Marco changed...]

For the most part, I believe Marco understands me quite well. [STRANGE TO HEAR FROM JAPAN I know...] I wonder if such misunderstandings can be avoided in this way...

... what are you up to Kiku?

{Hi little brother here, maybe I can help with the mischief?}

Ah! Ace-kun could have ideas, correct? [Yesss excited.]

Marco does not believe I can surprise him, so as a true Japanese man, I wish to prove him wrong. [Oh yeah, it went from Marco-san to Marco...]

Maybe.

Hmm.... {Thinking.} He's pretty good at pretending to be unflappable and seem calm when he's really rather surprised. But...

What kind of shock are we going for here? The innocent kind or do you really want to scare him?

[So dangerous sounding... Japan hesitates, but not for long.]

Whatever can change his facial expression the most... I believe.
