Chicken and sweet corn soup!
Ingredients (all approximate - I usually cook by feel. You can vary the amounts, it's a very flexible recipe)
2 litres chicken stock
2 skinless chicken breasts
6 eggs
2 cans of creamed corn (440g)
1 cup frozen corn (I throw extra in 'cause I really like corn)
