I am frustrated. Very frustrated. And feeling very, very alone.

All my friends turned out to be self-serving, self-absorbed, gossip-hungry bitches (with one Goddess-sent exception). If I ever see any of them again, it will be too soon. Hopefully in a couple of months I'll have forgotten their names and faces, like I've already started to forget the ( Read more... )

Aaaaahh... There is no need to suffer! Go away! Run!
Look, there are MANY places in the US where you can live in a peaceful community of people who are growing spiritually. I can tell you of one that i go to periodically - it is called Claymont and it is about 60 miles from DC area. It has a long history, it can accomodate about 100 people(with 10-15 living there now). You get room(better than dorms but close) and board(food is really good) for 2-3 hours of work a day - there is plenty to do in the garden etc. etc. Check it out at claymont.org . There are similar places in Oregon, MA, Colorado - and i mean none of the weird crap with old guys marrying underage kids, most of the people living there are 25-30 years old and are various kind of healers.

Also, you got it off your chest -great! - no judgement now! Maybe if it was not for them you would not so sincerely look for another world.
We are all one. Look at them - they are you too. . Just forgive and forget, because if you continue living in hatred - you will be just like them. We live at a difficult time but also at a time where we can change something. There are also GOOD people around.

Ok, i re-read my comments - i don't advocate running away from responsibility, just there is a lot of unnecessary suffering in what you are describing.

Still, it is probably a good idea to finish high school before going on any self-realization quests. Not that you have too especially considering our educational system but...
