Fic update and general questions

Greetings flisties!

I just realized I haven’t posted in ages because school kept me busy (though that’s done for now, so yay) and I didn’t crosspost my last fic (Underneath timestamp) here. I’ve also written a tumblr prompt fill (J2, fancy restaurant) you can find hereI know a lot of you read on AO3, so my question is, do you still watch this

I still like at least the notice here. Sometimes I miss the notice from AO3, so to at least have a link here to AO3 is nice.
I'd just hate for LJ to totally disappear it's a much better place community wise than AO3 and all the big challenges go through here.
But really, it's up to you my dear. I just miss the excitement of a new fic and a thread of comments and people cross posting, that doesn't seem to happen as much anymore anywhere! : (

LJ is definitely better for community! I met all of my online friends here too :) So I'm really sad lj isn't as active anymore. I mean, I'm part of that of course, but most of my close friends aren't around much anymore and we talk on twitter or elsewhere.
I don't do the cross-posting anymore, because the last few times I didn't have the feeling that it actually mattered much. Thos who commented did so before the crosspost. Though I used to do one so it shows up in the newletter at least.
I'll keep posting here (seems the general wish) and the feedback to this post was really encouraging :) Thanks for sharing your thoughts! (And glad to see you up and around more! (TWD isn't my thing, though JDM is of course hot af as Nega, but I'm glad you got back to writing again!)

For me I love that you cross post here I am missing your fics they are so great I know we have talked on Twitter and I hope your still in the spn fandom anyway great seeing you around I have to read your new fic I have it on my reading list

Aww, thank you, hun! Yeah, I'm definitely still i nthe fandom even though rl makes it harder to be as active as I used to be and I read in other fandoms too nowadays, that takes time from spn.

Hi!

I always come to LJ & only go to AO3 when a newly posted story on LJ provides a link to AO3 so I can download the PDF (& I sure do love those links & love those PDFs). BUT if it's too time-consuming & hard for you to do it all I guess I wouldn't really "miss" anything if you didn't post on LJ because I made sure I "Subscribed" to you on AO3 (as soon as I had figured out how to do that). I do "like" to see the LJ posts maybe just because I'm used to/comfortable with/spoiled by them, but since I've subscribed to you on AO3 & count on them to alert me to your new fics, I guess I won't be missing any of your awesome fics!

I am Subscribed with you also, meus_venator (another great writer!), on AO3!

Aww, no, thanks for your feedback!

All the comments made me really happy, as did the interest in lj, so I'll keep cross posting here. I mean, lj was where I started out, I guess it would feel kind of weird abandoning it comepletely. It's definitely easier to only post the fic on Ao3 because of coding, but putting up a cross post here isn't too much hassle :)

I don't mind A03 in the slightest! The only issue I have is I don't get the notifactions always for when you post and I'm horrible at checking my E-mail. Maybe you could post on here with at least a link to your fics on A03? Because I still want to read everything you come up with and your current Underneath series ! : )

Thanks you and yes, I'll keep crossposting here :) It seems a lot of people would like tht and all the answers to this post made me realize how active lj still is, do I'm gonna keep posting here.

Nah, it's not too bad doing just the cross post here. As long as I don't have to double post the whole fic, it's all good :D And thank you for the feedback! There was a way bigger response to this post than I anticipated, so I'll keep crossposting here :)
