I'm definitely not committing myself to NaNoWriMo this month - I might be crazy, but I'm not insane - but today is the day I'll be starting a new novel project.

haha! Yes, it is me we're talking about!

But I'm sure this one will be no more than 120,000 words and probably closer to 100,000. [Famous last words, you say!]

Would you believe I wrote and submitted a story last week that was only 300 words over the word limit?! I think that is a record for me.

What was going on? I was trying really hard to be disciplined. And it WAS really, really hard! But I'm getting better... or at least my therapist says so ;)
