Hey, if one of your friends chat windows opens up with a "How did your pic get here?" question, do not follow the link.
It's a virus vector. Be warned. Just close the window and warn that person via other means that their system may be infected.

Update: Some information here, albeit over a year old. Standard stuff, really - practice safe surfing!
