"Ha bloody ha," Jenny said, flipping him two fingers as she shoved a dresser the last few inches into place with her other hand and one knee. She stepped back to survey her work. See, if she'd had some muscle handy, she would've made them move it another half-inch to the left, but she didn't, so it would do. "I don't see anyone offering to help."

"Blue paint? No. Do they let us paint? I never thought to ask." Not that Jenny would care to if they did. Then she'd have to move all the furniture again. "No, this is a 'my roommate left and I can do whatever I like with the furniture now' thing." And could have for the past several weeks, but shhhh. She'd been busy with getting elected to the student council. Also, drunk.
