Hey! I've seen Hebrew National carts from time to time...don't give up on this yet.

That would move it from the "not kosher" column to the picky column. Even really good non-pork sausages tend to fall under the category of "would eat it if it was the only food available and I was very hungry."

I'm the only one in my family that will eat\appreciate Bambie.

I have a friend of a friend that gets deer occasionally from nuisance permits. I usually come home(after helping butcher) with anywhere from 8-14lbs of Bambie.

I'll keep you in mind next time I get some & figure out a safe way to get it to you?

As for Steak tartare, It's a rare treat that I get to have, and should probably give my uncle a call to see how he makes his b/c it is awesome :)
