Nick's is for sale at Purdue for $360,000 with a 3-way liquor license included. Not sure what the "3-way" part is in the liquor license, but I know liquor licenses are hard to come by in West Lafayette.

I'll let her know...but I am sure that she already knows. I think that her fam is friends with Nick's fam. She had some story about going in there after hours when she was 12.
