I've wanted a copy of this book for about ten years, when I first read about it in The Happy Mutant Handbook. This is a limited single-volume edition currently sold by Franco Maria Ricci, though properly it ought to be in two volumes. It came with a free hardback day-planner.
Unfortunately the foreword by Italo Calvino is in French.
