I hope you get well soon, and you should try and tone down on those weekends. Have you been meditating still? If not, you should try and get back into it, it always seemed to calm and center you.

On and off, I am. It take a surprising amount of concentration to not actually concentrate but still be aware. Otheriwse, I tend to close my eyes these days and I just fall asleep.
