It is a day.

This is my luck. I woke up today with a sore throat and the scratchy, nasty beginnings of a cold. WOE. I don't get ill often so I'm a complete wimp about it when I do.

And of course it's PANCAKE DAY, which means

1. PANCAKES FOR DINNER

Dammit I forgot it was pancake day! (but I have already made plans to make pancakes on Thursday, so I will just have to pretend Thursday is pancake day :P)

It's not really that fascinating. It's a rather outdated critical method of reading Celtic texts where you're always searching for the euhemerised god/des figure in the characters. There is something to it, but it's really quite limited, but I still have to know all about it to explain the limitations.
