I think it is a wonderful, memorable story! I was just writing on my lj about a special autograph I have from an author--we all have people who are important and special enough that we treasure proof that we touched them in some way. He knows your name now! ;-D

Ah Dawnie, of course you would see it exactly the same way. :-) Yes, an autograph is special - and in my eyes, he is very special. I don't think he knows my name...there were so many people wanting things - but he gave me a very precious moment!

lol very playful isn't he. I am so anxious to hear what he said of the special autograph. if he said anything at all. I am so jealous. such memories.

He was playful, warm, funny...and when he looks at you, he *looks* at you. His eyes don't wander the crowd or the action - he looks at you like you are, for that second, the only person in the room.
